Ibtissam Mustaq created Andalusia Speech Therapy as a social enterprise. With a diverse career spanning 40+ roles—from a school cafeteria dishwasher at 10 years old to Senior Immigration Officer—Ibtissam’s experiences have shaped her leadership and passion for speech therapy.

Her vision is to ensure others have greater access to essential services, while maintaining a safe and enjoyable place to work. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, snowboarding, reading, writing, and exploring nature trails with her husband and toddler—often on a quest for the perfect “wock”.
