Ibtissam founded Andalusia Speech Therapy as a social enterprise to make high-quality speech therapy more accessible while creating a safe, enjoyable workplace. Her background is unusually varied, from washing dishes in a school cafeteria at age 10 to working as a Senior Immigration Officer. Those experiences shaped her practical, resilient leadership style and strong commitment to helping families. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, travelling, scuba diving, snowboarding, and exploring nature trails with her husband and toddler, often while searching for the perfect wok.
