Sydney received her Master of Clinical Science in Speech-Language Pathology and her Master of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University, where her thesis research strengthened her commitment to evidence-based practice and integrating current research into her clinical work.

Sydney has experience supporting preschool and school-age children in treatment centers, school boards, and private practice, addressing a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs. She is passionate about early-intervention services and takes a family-centred approach to therapy, prioritizing functional communication goals that create meaningful changes in her clients’ everyday lives. She also has experience supporting adults with swallowing and communication disorders in an acute care setting.

Sydney is formally trained in the Hanen Centre’s It Takes Two to Talk® program for early language learners. She is dedicated to empowering children and their families through collaborative, individualized intervention that helps each client reach their fullest potential.
