Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to illness or emergencies. We just ask that you let us know in time so our therapists can manage their schedules. Here is our formal cancellation and late policy:
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations made before 8:00 AM on the day of the appointment have no fee.
Please email info@andalusiaspeech.com and your therapist directly.
Cancellations made after 8:00 AM on the day of the appointment, or missed appointment without notification (no show) are subject to the full appointment fee.
Emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. if you are feeling any symptoms of illness, please let us know immediately and do not come to the clinic.
Late Policy:
Unexpected things happen, we know! However, our therapists have a schedule for the day and need to stick to it in order to see everyone else on time. Unfortunately, we cannot provide extra time beyond your scheduled appointment session if you are late.
If our therapist is ever late, however, your time will be made up at the same session, if possible, or at a later time.
