From West (Hamilton):
Follow QEW Niagara to St. Catharines
Take the Niagara Street/Welland Avenue exit (stay to the left of the fork)
Turn left onto Welland Avenue
Turn right onto Neilson Avenue

From East (Niagara Falls):

Follow QEW Toronto to St. Catharines
Take the Niagara Street/Welland Avenue exit (first exit after the Garden City Skyway Bridge)
Turn right onto Grantham Avenue
Turn right onto Welland Avenue
Turn right onto Neilson Avenue
